This paleo chocolate bark is surprisingly simple and quick to make for a delicious clean treat. We have used raw cacao powder to achieve this dark chocolate combination, however dutch cocoa also works well. This is delicious topped with Raw Paleo Super Cereal (as pictured above), Raw Activated Super Cereal, or try customised toppings of your own such as pistachios, goji or freeze dried fruits!
Melt coconut oil and coconut butter in a metal bowl over water-filled pot on stove top at a low heat. Add cacao powder and coconut nectar.
Pour into a lined tray and sprinkle with topping. Refrigerate or freeze until set (15minutes in the freezer).
Snap into pieces and eat immediately! Will store in the fridge or freezer for up to one week.
