Coconut and Macadamia Bircher Muesli

Bircher Muesli makes a great breakfast option for the whole family. You can make a big batch to last in the fridge all week so you have a nutritious breakfast that can be put together in a matter of minutes. 


1 cup of our Lightly Toasted Organic Muesli
1 cup of filtered water or nut milk/coconut milk (or a mixture)
1 Tbs. Chia seeds
1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon

To serve: 
1 x Green apple (julienne or grated)
3-4 heaped Tbs. of our Natural Coconut Yoghurt
Seasonal Fruit


Combine the Lightly Toasted Organic Muesli, water/milk, chia seeds and cinnamon in a large bowl.
Cover and place in the fridge overnight (6-8 hours).
In the morning add the apple and Natural Coconut Yoghurt to the mix. Top with additional coconut yoghurt, a sprinkle of muesli and some fresh fruit. 

Serves 2.
