Apple and Berry Crumble with Coconut Yoghurt

Ingredients

Crumble Topping
2 Cups of our  Lightly Toasted Organic Muesli (or for a gluten free option you can use any of our Super Cereals
3 Tbs of our Raw Organic Coconut Oil (melted) 
1/4 Medjool Dates or sweetener of choice 
Pinch of Himalayan Sea Salt

Fruit Mixture
4 Large Apples
2 Cups of Frozen Berries
3 Tbs Filtered Water
2 tsp Cinnamon

To Serve
Our Raspberry and Chia Coconut Yoghurt 

Instructions

To begin with heat your oven to 180 degrees celcius fan bake. Add all of the crumble ingredients into into a food processor and blend until a crumbly mixture forms. To stew the fruit cut the apples into chunks and then add the apples, berries water cinnamon into a pot and stew until the apples begin to soften. Transfer the stewed fruit into a baking dish. Cover the fruit with the crumble mixture on the top and press down firmly until you can't see the fruit layer. Cook for 15-20 minutes until the crumble topping is golden brown. Serve with plenty of our Raspberry and Chia Coconut Yoghurt.
