Back to School Muesli Bars


1 Cup Lightly Toasted Organic Muesli (or for a gluten free option you can use any of our Super Cereals
1 Cup Coconut Chips
1/4 Cashew Butter or nut butter of your choice
1/4 Cup Medjool Dates
1 1/2 Tbs Raw Organic Coconut Oil
Pinch of Himalayan Sea Salt


Add all of the above ingredients into a food processor and blend until a sticky malleable mixture forms. Line a small baking tray with baking paper. Press the mixture into the tray and transfer to the fridge and allow to set over night or 4-6 hours. Once the mixture has set you can remove from the baking tray and cut into squares (makes approximately 10 bars).
