Healthy Feijoa and Apple Crumble

Ingredients

Crumble Topping
2 cups of our  Lightly Toasted Organic Muesli (or for a gluten-free option you can use any of our Super Cereals
3 ts of raw organic coconut oil (melted) 
1/4 medjool dates or sweetener of choice 
Pinch o himalayan sea salt

Fruit Mixture
4 large apples
2 cups of feijoas (flesh scooped out) 
2 tbs filtered water
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger

To Serve
Our Natural Coconut Yoghurt

Instructions

To begin with heat your oven to 180 degrees celsius fan bake. Add all of the crumble ingredients into a food processor and blend until a crumbly mixture forms. To stew the fruit cut the apples into chunks and then add the apples, feijoa water cinnamon into a pot and stew until the apples begin to soften. Transfer the stewed fruit into a baking dish. Cover the fruit with the crumble mixture and press down firmly until you can't see the fruit layer. Cook for 15-20 minutes until the crumble topping is golden brown. Serve with plenty of our Natural  Coconut Yoghurt.
