2 Cups of our Cherry Cacao Raw Paleo Super Cereal
1 Large Banana
1 Tbs of our Raw Organic Coconut Oil
2 Tbs Peanut Butter or Nut Butter of your choice
2 Tbs Coconut Flour
100-150g of Dark Chocolate
To Garnish (optional)
Freeze Dried Raspberries
Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees celcius.
In a food processor combine our cherry, cacao raw paleo super cereal, coconut oil, nut butter, banana and coconut flour and process until a sticky mixture forms. Place the mixture into a lined square baking tin and press down firmly.
Place in the oven to cook for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly. Meanwhile melt the chocolate over a double boiler and pour the melted chocolate on top. Transfer to the freezer for half an hour or so for the chocolate to set.
Once the chocolate has set, take out the freezer and cut into bars. Garnish with freeze dried raspberries.
These will keep stored in the fridge in an airtight container for 5-7 days.
