Probiotic Guacamole


2 small avocados
1/4 red onion (finely diced)
1 small tomato (finely diced)
A handful of coriander (finely chopped)
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 heaped tbs of our Natural Coconut Yoghurt 
Salt and pepper to taste
Pinch of chilli flakes or fresh chilli 


Simply chop the avocado and scoop out the flesh into a bowl. Mash with a fork before adding the onion, tomato, coriander, lemon juice, chilli, salt, pepper and our Coconut Yoghurt. Give it a good stir before serving.
