Probiotic Coconut Yoghurt Mango Lassi

This is our take on the traditional Indian beverage Mango Lassi.  It is filled with probiotics from our Coconut Yoghurt and anti inflammatory properties from the turmeric. Approximately 70% of our immune cells live in our gut so consuming probiotic rich foods such as our Coconut Yoghurt feeds the good bacteria in your gut and inhibits the growth of bad bacteria. Make this delicious drink to give you immune system a boost this winter.

Ingredients

1 Cup of Filtered Water
1/2 Cup of our Natural Coconut Yoghurt or our Mango, Passionfruit and Chia Coconut Yoghurt
1 Cup of Frozen or Fresh Mango
1cm Piece of Ginger
1 Heaped Teaspoon of Turmeric
Pinch of Back Pepper

Instructions

Put all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth. 
Serves 2.
