Raspberry Probiotic Bounty Bars

Ingredients

Base
2 cups Desiccated Coconut or Coconut Chips
1 cup of our Raspberry Chia Coconut Yoghurt 
1 Tbs of our Raw Organic Coconut Oil
1-2 Tbs of Maple Syrup or Sweetener of choice (optional) 

Topping
Melted good quality Vegan Dark Chocolate
Freeze Dried Raspberries

Instructions
Firstly, line a loaf tin with baking paper. 
To make the base add all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend until everything is combined. Add the base mixture to the loaf tin and press down firmly. Transfer into the freezer and allow to set. Once this layer has set you can drizzle over the melted dark chocolate and the freeze dried raspberries and transfer back into the freezer for another hour or so. Prior to serving place the raspberry bounty bars in the fridge for a couple of hours to allow them to soften.
