Smoothie Bowls Four Ways

We love having smoothie bowls in the warmer months. It’s a great way to pack loads of nutrients into your breakfast. Using our Coconut Yoghurt and Super Cereals takes them to the next level with your daily dose of probiotics and all of the goodness from the wholefoods ingredients in our cereals.

You can use any of our super cereals and coconut yoghurts in these recipes but these our are favourite combinations. Also, please note that depending on the power of your blender you may need to add a little more or less plant milk/water.

Açai Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

Smoothie
3 tbsp. Blueberry and Chia Coconut Yoghurt
2 tbsp. almond butter
1 frozen banana
1 sachet frozen açai
1 cup frozen blueberries
Large handful of spinach
1/4 cup plant milk or water
Protein powder of your choice (optional)

Toppings
Sprinkle of our Cherry, Cacao Raw Paleo Super Cereal
A spoonful of Blueberry and Chia Coconut Yoghurt
Fresh fruit

Instructions

Put all of the smoothie ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with a spoonful of Coconut Yoghurt, a sprinkle of our Super Cereal and some fresh fruit.

Serves 2.

 

Very Berry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

Smoothie
3 tbsp. Raspberry and Chia Coconut Yoghurt
2 tbsp. almond butter
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup frozen raspberries
Large handful of spinach
1/4 cup plant milk or water
Protein powder of your choice (optional)

Toppings
Sprinkle of our Vanilla, Goji Raw Paleo Super Cereal
A spoonful of Natural Coconut Yoghurt
Fresh fruit

Instructions

Put all of the smoothie ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with a spoonful of Coconut Yoghurt, a sprinkle of our Super Cereal and some fresh fruit.

Serves 2.

Green Goodness Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

Smoothie
3 tbsp. Mango, Passionfruit and Chia Coconut Yoghurt
2 tbsp. cashew butter
1.5 frozen bananas
1 cup of frozen mango
Large handful of spinach
1/4 cup plant milk or water
Protein powder of your choice (optional)

Toppings
Sprinkle of our Maple, Walnut and Apple Toasted Granola
A spoonful of Mango, Passionfruit and Chia Coconut Yoghurt
Fresh fruit

Put all of the smoothie ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with a spoonful of Coconut Yoghurt, a sprinkle of our Super Cereal and some fresh fruit.

Strawberries & Cream Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

Smoothie
3 tbsp. Vanilla and Chia Coconut Yoghurt
2 tbsp. almond butter
1 frozen banana
1 cup of frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/4 cup plant milk or water
Protein powder of your choice (optional)

Toppings
Sprinkle of our Vanilla, Goji Raw Paleo Super Cereal
A spoonful of Vanilla and Chia Coconut Yoghurt
Fresh fruit

Instructions
