Chocolate Baked Oats with Chocolate Coconut Yoghurt

Ingredients

1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 banana 
1 egg
2 tsp maple syrup 
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch salt
A small

handful of dark chocolate chips (optional)

To serve
Chocolate Coconut Yoghurt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees fan bake.

  2. Add the oats, cacao powder, banana, egg, maple syrup, baking powder and salt to a blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Grease a large ramekin with a little coconut oil and pour in the mixture, top with the chocolate chips (if using)

  4. Pop in the oven to cook for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.

  5. Serve with a generous dollop of our Chocolate Coconut Yoghurt

    Serves 1.
