Mango & Chia Overnight Oats with Coconut Yoghurt

Ingredients

1 cup of rolled oats
1 cup of water or plant-based milk
4 heaped Tbsp Natural Coconut Yoghurt
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup

Toppings
1 mango (diced)
Extra Coconut Yoghurt
Hemp seeds
Coconut flakes
Zest of 1/2 a lime

Instructions

Combine the rolled oats, plant-based milk, maple syrup, coconut yoghurt and chia seeds in a container and mix well. Pop in the fridge overnight. When you’re ready to serve put in two bowls and add the mango, hemp seeds, coconut flakes, lime zest and some extra coconut yoghurt.

Serves 2.
